Ingredients:
2 cucumber chopped
1 large onion chopped
1 carrot chopped
1 cup promegranade seeds
chopped coriander 2 tablespoon
chopped mint 1 tablespoon
1/4 tsp cummin powder
1tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp roasted crushed ground nuts or cashew nuts
chopped green chillies as per your choice
salt to taste

Preparation:
- Beat the yoghurt in a big bowl and add salt, cummin powder and other
ingredients.
- serve chilled.
